Our Sydney Sessions
Our sessions are based on the Athletics Australia FIT model training guidelines for long-term athlete development. We aim to provide a fun and engaging environment for children to develop their physical literacy and sport-specific skills. These sessions are designed to be age-appropriate and inclusive, catering to the needs and abilities of each child.
Throughout all stages of long-term athlete development, children are encouraged to have fun, be active, and develop a love of sport and physical activity. Our coaches create a positive and supportive environment that fosters self-confidence, teamwork, and healthy competition.

- Before School Fitness & Fun (Age 6-12)
Monday, 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

Session Full (20 total)Start the morning right with our energetic Before School Athletics Fitness & Fun sessions! Our program is designed to help children stay active and have fun at the same time. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment where kids can develop their fitness and athletic skills to ensure your child is well prepared for their athletics and cross country carnivals, as well as building their speed & agility for sport. Through a variety of activities and games, our program promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy living. So come join us and let's have a blast while getting fit! Children will be safely walked to Killarney Heights Public School after the session ensuring you can confidently get on with your day.
- MONDAY FUNdamentals (age 5-11)

Session Full (20 total)Imagine an athletics session for kids that is bursting with excitement, laughter, and energy! In our fun-filled FUNdamentals athletics sessions, kids get to explore a wide range of activities that develop their movement skills, coordination, and fitness. All of these activities are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate for each child. We teach the foundational run, jump and throw skills that allow your child to be athletics carnival ready! Throughout our sessions, we celebrate every child's unique abilities and interests, and encourage them to discover their own strengths and talents. We believe that athletics should be a fun and positive experience, where kids can make new friends, learn new skills, and stay active and healthy. So come join us for a session of non-stop fun! These sessions will be differentiated to allow for the age and ability level of the participants. This may mean that the group is split for some components of the session to ensure they are being challenged appropriately.
- Development Squad (Age 11-15)

Session Full (20 total)This session is for young athletes (age 11+) that are looking to further develop their skills and improve their performance whether this be in the athletics realm or to gain a competitive edge in their chosen sport. We focus on improving specific skills, such as agility, speed, endurance, and strength through a range of drills and exercises whilst also keeping the session fun and engaging. By the end of the session, the athletes will leave feeling fulfilled, accomplished, and inspired to continue improving their performance. This session is suitable for sprinters, middle distance and cross country runners, and anyone wishing to improve their speed or endurance for sport.

Session Full (20 total)Start the morning right with our energetic Before School Athletics sessions! Following the same format as our FUNdamentals sessions, your child will learn the run, jump and throw skills of athletics in a safe, fun, and games based environment. Our enthusiastic coaches are passionate about making athletics fun and accessible for all kids. With their playful approach and creative ideas, they encourage children to challenge themselves, work with their peers, and build their confidence. And with the added convenience of safely walking your child to Curl Curl North Public School at the end of the session!

- Speed & Technique (age 10-14)

Session Full (20 total)This session is designed to help children improve their speed, endurance, and overall athletic performance in a fun and exciting way. Our coaches are dedicated to teaching proper form and technique through a variety of drills and exercises specific to sprinting and middle distance running. Our middle distance group will develop a strong foundation in the fundamentals of pacing, and strategy whilst our sprinters will build their explosiveness and top end speed. As always we bring the fun through creative games and challenges certain to keep your kids engaged and motivated. So come join us and let's work together to enhance your child's athletic abilities and have a ball doing it!
- Trail Lovers (age 9+)

If your child has a passion for running and a love for the great outdoors, our Trail Lovers session is the perfect opportunity to nurture their skills and ignite their sense of adventure. Not only will your child get to experience the thrill of trail running, and explore our beautiful bushland and coastline, it's a great opportunity to build friendships with like minded people who LOVE to run. This session is a perfect addition to your child's training week to build endurance in a chilled no-pressure environment and foster a love for outdoor fitness. Your child will build confidence, and learn about the importance of teamwork and perseverance. Join us in empowering your child to embrace an active lifestyle, connect with nature, and discover the joy of trail running 🌿🏃♀️🌄 Discount for current runners enrolled in another session in our timetable. Suitable for ages 9+ and those that are able to comfortably run 4-5km.
